Here are my short form copy samples. These writing samples include social media and ad copy such as captions published during my content writing internship and a mock ad campaign for my ad design course. Here I hope to convey a concise yet personable voice.

Never Changed

This project was a mock campaign given to my ad design class from UD alum working at Quaker City. We were tasked with creating ad posters that normalize ordering Shirley Temples as adults. Changing the narrative of it being a kid's drink. They were looking for some fun and humorous work with a bit of a cheeky flare. We were encouraged to do this with the design, copy, or both. I wanted to focus on some good copy with supporting images to go with it. I used stock images but I would have preferred to have my own photoshoot to get just the right visual. After scouring the internet and Pinterest to find material, I used Canva to edit and create these posters. I kept my deck short and sweet getting right to the point, and highlighting the ad's story from beginning to end.

Horn Entrepreneurship Socials

As a content writing intern for the Horn Entrepreneurship program, this sample is a couple of posts I drafted captions to. I'm primarily assigned to LinkedIn and there is a certain protocol when it comes to posting on there for Horn. When hired, I was taught the voice of our different platforms and had to continually work on maintaining the preferred professional voice I was tasked with. This work was a great way for me to build the skill of tone versatility. I focused on providing a positive, professional, and welcoming tone when posting on LinkedIn and occasionally Twitter.
